[glow=red,2,300]Under Construction[/glow] I thought that if anybody wanted to know how to make their pictures the actual links to Salty, instead of listing the URL next to their banner, I could show you how to do it. So this way, you can use just the picture when advertising for Salty on another site (and I don't forget how to do it ). In bold is the part of the code you need to keep.

(It will turn out as a picture when you put the URL in) The non bold part is where the URL for your picture goes, which you get from an image hoster, as many of you know. I like to use tinypic.com/ . -First go to browse, select your banner and hit "upload now" -Click on the little picture of your banner to enlarge it, or the banner will come out small -Right click the bigger picture and select "properties" -Look for where it says "Address" and copy the URL In the code above, replace "This is where your banner URL goes" with the actual URL code. Make sure you do not take out anything else from the code except the non bolded part. Remember, this is for when you are advertising on a site other than Salty. When you are at Salty, you should post your banner, then the URL for the banner next to it, with no code. If you don't post the URL, nobody will be able to use the banner as a link on other websites. Hope this helps Now go get some more members! ;D
